QUALITY SPECIALIST FRANCE & BELGIUM
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- You will be responsible for ensuring that critical incidents, customer complaints, quality main risks are correctly analysed and followed up;
- You will be held accountable for driving and coordinating the collection of Non-Quality costs;
- You will plan, coordinate, and evaluate improvement projects with cross functional teams;
- You will work with management to define the short and longterm objectives and potential gains;
- You will collaborate with Central Quality teams for maintaining current ISO 9001 certifications and/or implement new ones.
Skills we can't do without:
- You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline;
- You have a minimum 5 years' experience in quality department, or equivalent operational roles;
- You have a continuous improvement mindset;
- You have a results oriented, positive, creative, responsible approach to projects;
- You have demonstrated ability to lead projects or crossfunctional teams to resolve, implement or reach consensus on issues;
- You have strong facilitation skills;
- You have strong analytical, oral communication, and technical writing abilities;
- You have ability to scope, plan, execute, and track projects with autonomy;
- You are fluent in English;
