- une administration décentralisée pour s'adapter aux méthodes de travail locales.

Identification des parties prenantes et des ressources locales
Confirmation de la planification et ajustements
Analyse de l'écart entre l'entité locale et le modèle de base de l'outil
Analyse des référentiels (RH, site, arborescence de l'organisation...)
Analyse des interfaces (si nécessaire)
Adaptation des formulaires aux spécifications locales/de l'activité
Connexion avec les référentiels locaux (RH et sites)
Conception de l'interface avec l'outil Group OST (si nécessaire)
Test de toutes les fonctionnalités
Migration des données dans l'environnement de production
3+ ans d'expérience dans le conseil ou les projets de déploiement numérique.
Expérience de travail sur des activités commerciales dans le secteur industriel
Anglais courant
La connaissance de Jira est un plus
