Job Summary:
Alex Partners is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Project Manager to join our team on an interim basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the integration of NetSuite and supporting the roll-out to our newly acquired businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the review of current software and processes to implement new reporting across the business, ensuring full use of finance systems functionality to improve efficiency and accuracy of information produced.
- Review and improve reporting processes to enable budget holders to make informed decisions based on their financial management information.
- Review and improve management accounts and budget reports to increase efficiency and accuracy of reports.
- Review preparation of annual statutory accounts with the objective of reducing manual interventions.
- Design new and ad-hoc reports on NetSuite and a new CRM system, ensuring seamless integration of systems.
- Lead the integration of systems and participate in financial and non-financial projects as appropriate.
- Fluent French and English required for effective communication with senior-level stakeholders and all departments outside of Finance.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills with experience in ERP implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluent French and English language skills.
