Pour faire suite à la nouvelle organisation mise en place en janvier 2024, nous recherchons un **Sales and Marketing Operations Administrator**.
**Responsabilités**:
En tant que Sales and Marketing Operations Administrator, votre mission est d'optimiser l'efficacité des forces commerciales et marketing. Vous êtes un facilitateur et vos missions principales seront:
- **Gestion des tâches administratives et opérationnelles**_
- Aide dans la gestion du CRM Salesforce, avec construction de rapports et de Tableaux de bord pour faciliter l'analyse des ventes et créer des KPI de suivi ;
- Aide au reporting à destination aussi bien des commerciaux, des managers, que des clients,... ;
- Aide à la création de nos formations, sessions, intérêts dans Salesforce ;
- Aide dans l'implémentation de nouveaux outils intégrés à Salesforce ;
- Force de proposition dans l'optimisation de process ;
- Soutien du département Marketing avec accompagnement dans la création de contenu ;
- Aide à l'organisation logistique de nos évènements Marketing.
- **Facilitateur au service des commerciaux et du service Marketing**_
- Sales enablement : établir des programmes de formation à destination des commerciaux ;
- Suivi des leads ;
- Création de documents Commerciaux et Marketing ;
- Aide à la cartographie/mapping des comptes ;
- Aide potentielle du service INTRA pour la soumission des Appels d'Offres.
**Profil Recherché**:
- Bac +3/4 minimum ;
- Parfaite maîtrise de Salesforce ;
- Parfaite maîtrise des suites bureautiques Google et Microsoft ;
- Connaissance de Pardot serait un plus ;
- Connaissance du tunnel de ventes ;
- Rigoureux sur les chiffres et esprit analytique ;
- Appétence pour la résolution de problèmes ;
- Curieux ;
- Adaptabilité ;
- Tech savvy ;
- Sens de la diplomatie ;
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles ;
- Une expérience dans un service de Sales Operation serait un plus.
