Corporate Finance department
The position is part of Group Operations Finance.
The job position is within Corporate Finance department and the team is composed of 10 people based mainly in France but also in Singapore, Belgium and Spain.
JOB ACTIVITIESCorporate Finance team will manage the following projects:
Divestitures/acquisitions initiated by AXA Group involving a third party (buyer/seller) and an AXA divested entity/buying AXA entity that has part of its IT integrated within AXA GO (external acquisition/sale) Business transfers involving a third party: sale or purchase of an activity between an AXA GO entity and a third party Internal transfers: sale or purchase of business (incl. movement of shares) and/or assets and/or transfer of employees etc. between an AXA GO entity and any another AXA entity (GO or not-GO) Any other operation impacting AXA GO's corporate structure, balance sheet or activities.The main mission of the team will be:
Ensure the management of the Program Oversee the program within AXA GO Coordinate AXA GO expertise and report progress at GO Executive level Act as a SPOC for Group Act as finance Subject Matter Expert to secure the financial terms of Corporate Finance projects Negotiation of the financial terms of the contract Definition and monitoring of the budget and business case Definition of the pricing and valuation of the assets Provide information to assess the financial impact (overhead, SFL, Gamma ...) PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIESBusiness skills
Excellent proficiency using Pack Office particularly Excel and Power Point Excellent Financial skills understanding of business economics, business case foundations, notably in M&A deals and risk/sensitivity analysis Solution driven: Analytical and problem-solving skillsTransversal skills
Able to work in autonomy Able to drive and monitor projects on site as well as remotely Able to work in a matrix organization & with senior executives Strong interpersonal skills, ability to drive the change in a transversal/functional mode High level of rigor and integrity Strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt to different hierarchy level interlocutors and to drive change in a complex environment Your ProfileREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Master's degree in Finance, or Economics. Background in Audit or Consulting as a plus.
Experience:more than 6 years of working experience in a dynamic and global business environment, within Finance Division
