Clinical Trial Manager

Medpace is the top CRO for Biotech companies and is seeking Clinical Trial Managers to join our team in France, specifically in our Lyon office. We are looking for professionals with experience in Neuroscience and CNS who can either continue in their field or explore new therapeutic areas. Remote work options are available for those with relevant experience. We offer a competitive salary, bonus program, and equity grants for our associates.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project operations according to contract and regulations
- Act as the main Sponsor contact for project issues
- Maintain deep knowledge of protocol and therapeutic area
- Provide oversight for project team and deliverables
- Review study documents and develop project plans
- Manage risk assessment and study vendors
- Ensure site quality and supervise Clinical Research Associates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health or life sciences, advanced degree preferred
- 2+ years of Clinical Trial Management experience, CRO experience desired
- Experience in Phases 1-4, with Phases 2-3 preferred
- Strong project management skills and leadership abilities
