We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager at UBEES, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with major global brands across Europe and Asia.

Your role will also encompass project management for ongoing beekeeping initiatives. Additionally, you will play a part in prospecting for new opportunities within our existing client base.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major global brand clients.
  • Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and attentive service.

Project Management:

  • Oversee ongoing beekeeping projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budgetary objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (operation team, tech team and sales team) to coordinate project implementation.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

Prospection:

  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Actively prospect for new opportunities to expand our services with current clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Sales, Communications, etc.).
  • Proven account management and project management experience, preferably in the agricultural or sustainability sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project oversight.
  • Understanding of beekeeping practices and environmental sustainability is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with fluency in another language as a significant advantage (French and Spanish)
Pay: 42,000.00€ per year
