Job Mission: As the Head of Application Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and overseeing the management of the company's applications. You will lead the Application Managers teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous innovation of our applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall application management strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee the teams responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing existing applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the efficient deployment of new applications.
- Ensure the security and compliance of applications with current standards.
- Manage relationships with external application solution providers.
- Rationalize the existing application landscape (global and local) in alignment with the overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a leadership role related to application management.
- In-depth knowledge of application technologies and market trends.
- Ability to develop innovative strategies to enhance application performance and quality.
- Strong leadership, guiding and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in successful management of complex application portfolios.
- Certification in application management or similar field is a plus.
