Qualifications Functions/ Requirements.
Support the architecting and designing of platform solutions (e.g., DB, middleware, virtualization, container, etc.)
Implement platform maintenance routines and schedules; Implement and operate orchestration/automation toolingto maintain and extend platform solutions; Implement and operate platform management, reporting and monitoringtooling; Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve platform issues.
Implement and operate platform-related software providing shared services (e.g. OpenShift, Splunk, Oracle Enterprise Manager, etc.).Implement platform backup, restore, performance tuning and analysis.
Produce and maintain platform technical documentation and operational procedures.
Additional Information
Skills:
- Expertise with the RedHat OpenShift Container Platform
- Expertise with Kubernetes.
- Expertise in RedHat Linux administration.
- Expertise working with Docker or similar container technologies.
- Experience with on PAAS/IAAS technologies.
- Experience working with infrastructure as code technologies on Ansible
- Experience in Infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and Ops
- Experience with CEPH, vSAN and traditional storage.
- ITIL knowledge.
