Nous recherchons un Assistant Store Manager pour notre store d'Issy-les-Moulineaux (H/F). Nous te proposons les missions suivantes :
- Seconder le/la Store Manager dans la gestion au quotidien du magasin
- Participer à la mise en place de la stratégie commerciale
- Etre le relai entre l'équipe et le Store Manager
- Assurer le conseil, le relationnel et le suivi des clients
- Participer à l'organisation de l'équipe
- Contrôler l'état des stocks, évaluer les besoins en approvisionnements
- Gérer l'espace de vente, réceptionner et optimiser les flux de marchandises
- S'assurer de la bonne tenue du magasin et de son Merchandising
- Effectuer un suivi administratif (encaissement, contrôle de caisse, suivi bancaire)
Tu pourras bénéficier de formations internes sur l'environnement de travail informatique et de formations techniques afin d'être à jour sur les nouveaux produits.
