**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Assistant to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day secretarial support to the engineering team, including typing, filing, and distribution of documents.
  • Arrange internal and external appointments with suppliers and third-party inspectors.
  • Distribute incoming mail and documents to the engineering management and internal customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of report documents, including energy and utility consumption reports.
  • Maintain and file equipment operation log sheets.
  • Implement and maintain the hotel's and company's storekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels and wastage of resources.
  • Review and make recommendations for improving departmental performance and reducing costs.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent, plus technical college or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in the hospitality industry or in an engineering environment.
