The role:

Support business development logistics

  • Update and manage client and prospects databases (CRM) and virtual due diligence platform (Intralinks), take part in the implementation of the firmwide CRM
  • Manage relationship with external service providers, invoices and the team's budget
  • Assist in events' planning and organisation (Investors' Annual Meeting, conferences, etc.), monitor Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Debt events in Europe
  • Order and send marketing decks

Assist in the execution of the communication strategy

  • Manage corporate website: maintenance, draft graphic design, optimisation
  • Liaise with journalists, event organisers, marketing data providers to promote Access Capital Partners and increase the firm's visibility on the Internet and in specialised magazines, journals, reviews and conferences
  • Manage Access Capital Partners' LinkedIn page
  • Assist in targeted market monitoring (competitors, Access Capital Partners in the press)

Handle day-to-day support needs for client servicing

  • Undergraduate degree (Bac +2/Bac+3) in Marketing/Communication with ideally 13 years previous experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • Ability to multitask and proactively operate and coordinate in a role requesting strong organisational skills
  • Selfstarter with a strong sense of initiative
  • Curious about private equity, infrastructure, private debt, sustainable investing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in both French & English
