Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Paris for a Customer Service and Marketing Assistant at Atelier Février. As a Customer Service and Marketing Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with marketing and other related duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or marketing role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software, social media platforms, and email marketing tools is a plus
- Understanding and appreciation of luxury design/brand experience is a plus
