CONTEXTE
Global Business App est l'allié technologique des services Business d'Edenred. Concernant les sujets RH, nous collaborons avec l'équipe fonctionnelle SIRH pour développer et suivre la feuille de route de notre plateforme groupe SIRH : Workday. Cet outil est opérationnel dans 46 pays, et permet la diffusion des bonnes pratiques RH dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. De manière plus détaillée, notre équipe technique supervise l'intégration de Workday avec les autres applications du groupe, avec un focus sur les systèmes locaux de paye et gestion des absences. De plus elle assume l'entière responsabilité de tous les aspects liés à la sécurité. L'équipe a déployé 45 intégrations, dont 10 de paye, 13 d'absence, 5 de recrutement, ainsi que d'autres intégrations groupe telles que les voyages, la finance, la gestion des accès utilisateurs, la conformité, ...
VOS MISSIONS
En t ant que chef de projet SIRH IT, vous êtes responsable du module Workday Intégration et de façon générale, interlocuteur principal sur tous les aspects IT au niveau de la solution. Vous travaillez avec une équipe de 2 développeurs basés à Edenred Digital Center (Bucarest, Roumanie), ainsi qu'avec notre partenaire Mercer, qui configure et développe certains projets. Vous pilotez les projets, veillez à leur bonne exécution et au respect des délais. Vous êtes un véritable coordinateur et êtes en contact avec de nombreux acteurs d'horizons différents dans un contexte international.
Vous êtes en charge de:
Piloter le module Intégration Gérer la charge de travail de l'équipe Piloter la feuille de route des intégrations Préparer et suivre le budget Gérer les projets d'intégration : pré-étude, design, implémentation, end-to-end tests, déploiement, pilotage, planification, suivi des risques Coordonner l'ensemble équipes impliquées (SIRH IT, SIRH, RH locaux, IT locaux, fournisseur, support) Communiquer sur l'avancement des projets et lever des alertes si nécessaire Accompagner notre partenaire Mercer sur les projets et la résolution des tickets Proposer des évolutions pour les intégrations existantes Effectuer des configurations dans l'outil. Ex : créer des mappings, ajouter des étapes d'intégration dans les business process, mettre à jour des champs calculés, créer des rapports Mettre à jour la documentation des projets Résoudre les tickets de connectivité Analyser les incidents d'intégration Suivre les tickets en cours et leurs indicateurs dans Jira Soutenir l'équipe SIRH IT dans l'amélioration de ses compétences Faire de la veille technilogique et suivre les releases Workday Assurer le respect de la politique sécurité du groupe Participer aux appels d'offre, pré-études, projets et évolutions d'autres outils du back-office VOTRE PROFIL
De formation Bac+5, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets techniques, dont une expérience Workday (modules Rapport, HCM et/ou Intégration). Vous avez l'habitude de travailler dans un contexte international, et de coordonner des équipes issues de différents départements.

Un haut degré d'autonomie Une bonne connaissance de la méthodologie de gestion de projet Une forte proactivité et êtes force de proposition Un sens aigu de l'organisation ; capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle et à suivre les tâches des membres de l'équipe Un sens du service client développé De la rigueur Langues requises: Anglais courant
