**LE RÔLE**
Pour notre magasin de Outlet Troyes, nous recrutons **une vendeurse** à temps partiel. Les vendeurs fournissent un excellent service amical en évaluant les besoins du client et en lui offrant de l'aide. Les employés de ce poste savent comment accueillir, qualifier, recommander et conclure avec chaque client. Ils travaillent en collaboration avec leur directeur de magasin et d'autres employés pour s'assurer que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits. Chaque vendeur(se) a la responsabilité de fournir un environnement de travail et d'achat sûr.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Satisfaction des clients**
Il s'agit de fournir un service exceptionnel qui créera une expérience positive pour le client et le fidélisera dans un environnement de travail heureux.
- Faire preuve en permanence d'un réel désir d'aider les clients.
- Établir et promouvoir la fidélisation de la clientèle à l'aide d'outils de l'entreprise tels que les cartes de fidélités et les fichiers clients.
- Fournir des informations supplémentaires et faire le maximum pour satisfaire le client.
- Lorsqu'un produit n'est pas disponible, toujours proposer des alternatives.
- Traiter les réclamations de manière professionnelle en les transmettant à son responsable.
**Connaissance des produits**
Cela implique une connaissance exceptionnelle du produit qui se reflète dans la qualité du service fourni.
- Excellente connaissance des tendances et des tissus (composition, terminologie, entretien des vêtements, styles, etc.)
- Optimiser le potentiel du produit pour créer des ventes.
**Promouvoir les ventes**
Cela implique une bonne connaissance de l'activité qui permettra une croissance des ventes.
- Donner un retour (feedback) au directeur du magasin sur ce qui se vend.
- Fidéliser la clientèle.
- Connaître les meilleurs et les moins bons vendeurs afin d'améliorer les ventes générales.
**Maintenir la sécurité et l'intégrité**
Cela implique que toutes les procédures soient respectées et que la sécurité soit assurée.
- S'assurer que les allées sont sûres
- S'assurer de la sécurité de la salle des stocks.
- Prendre des mesures si d'autres employés agissent de manière dangereuse.
- Suivre toutes les procédures de prévention des sinistres.
- Prendre des mesures pour réduire le rétrécissement.
- Traiter tous les employés et les clients avec respect.
**PROFIL**
- Formation de niveau baccalauréat minimum.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience progressive dans la vente au détail dans une marque de luxe ou contemporaine.
- Grande expérience et capacité à assurer un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle chez un détaillant de marque.
- Communiquer honnêtement, ouvertement et de manière constructive.
- Contribuer à une culture inclusive de styles et de talents divers travaillant vers un objectif précis.
- Faire preuve de souplesse et d'innovation en reconnaissant et en réagissant à l'évolution de l'environnement commercial.
- Vous aimez travailler avec des clients étrangers.
