**Missions à réaliser**

La société met également son expertise électronique au service des autres sociétés de Safran.Descriptif missionRattaché au sein de la Direction Support client, vous serez en charge du: - Pilotage de l'activité Support Client sur un portefeuille donné, - Garantir la satisfaction client en étant le représentant Safran pour les activités support auprès des clients, - Être le représentant du client au sein de Safran et s'assurant de la prise au bon niveau des besoins du client par l'entreprise (rôle de chef d'orchestre), - Assurer la rentabilité du portefeuille sur son périmètre d'activités (CA, EBIT, Cash), - Assurer la relation continue entre l'entreprise et le client, - Préparer les réunions de directions (SMM) avec les clients, - Etre le représentant support au sein de l'équipe programme Safran Electronics & Defense, - Coordonner les départements de la DSC pour assurer le respect des engagements contractuels avec les clients et leur satisfaction, - Définir et suivre des plans d'actions en interne afin d'assurer la satisfaction client, - Anticiper les blocages et traiter les litiges, - Piloter les plans de progrès client, - Piloter la réalisation du CA et de la marge, - Piloter l'exécution, le respect des engagements et l'optimisation économique des contrats,

- Vous disposez de 8 ans d'expérience dans le management de programme et dans le management transverse. - Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe. - Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes. - Capacité démontrée à prendre des décisions stratégiques. - Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion.
