Talent Acquisition Manager (Business), your mission at Qonto will be to find, attract, and hire the best profiles for our Growth / Corporate / Operations team. Your work will help us create better and faster solutions for our clients.

Manage the hiring process from beginning to end, collaborating with our growth, corporate and operations teams to understand their needs and the skills they're looking for.

About your future manager


In this role, you will be joining Joshua's team, he has over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry.

He has worked in the French Tech sector at AB Tasty and in agency at Euro London Appointments, proving his expertise in sourcing and managing talent acquisition projects.

Now a driving force at Qonto, their dedication to facilitating recruitment processes and career goals makes them an invaluable guide in your career journey

About You

Experience:
You have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Recruitment, specifically focusing on business profiles. This experience could have been gained in-house or within a recruitment agency.

Organizational Skills:
You're a hands-on professional with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily responsibilities. You are an organized individual who can follow established hiring processes at the right pace.

Problem-Solving Abilities:
You are a resilient individual who faces challenges head-on. You see obstacles not as barriers, but as opportunities for inventive solutions.

Communication Skills:
You have a compelling presentation style, as you will represent Qonto to potential hires. Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Language Proficiency:
You are fluent in English. Proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
