Produits très techniques, des fournisseurs experts de leur métier. Portefeuille de 60 M sur la région Europe, environ 10 fournisseurs.
Rattaché à un Global Category Friction Manager et au sein d une équipe de 10 personnes, vos principales missions sont de participer à la gestion de toutes les activités Achat liées à la catégorie Friction sur la région Europe, conformément à la stratégie d'achat correspondante.
**Responsabilités**:
- Intelligence économique et préparation du budget:
- Recueillir des informations spécifiques à l'Europe, à la catégorie et au fournisseur.
- Proposer une voie stratégique au Global Category Manager.
- Fournir des informations économiques et des tendances sur le marché européen.
- Proposer de nouvelles idées d'économies ou de réduction des coûts.
- Participer activement à la préparation et à la réalisation du budget.
- Sourcing de fournisseurs, performance commerciale des fournisseurs
- Envoyer l'appel d'offres aux fournisseurs.
- Préparer l'estimation des coûts (pour la BU pendant la phase d'acquisition).y compris la demande de "coût idéal" à l'équipe d'ingénierie des coûts.
- Négocier et formaliser les contrats.
- Organiser et diriger les décisions d'approvisionnement dans votre domaine de responsabilité sur la base de la stratégie de la catégorie et des attentes des unités d'affaires.
- Négocier annuellement ou ponctuellement avec les fournisseurs (prix, conditions de paiement, outillage, clauses commerciales,...).
- Rapport et reporting sur les KPI.
- Développer les fournisseurs
- Rechercher de nouveaux fournisseurs et de nouvelles technologies.
- Évaluer et développer les fournisseurs en termes de qualité, de performance, de coûts organisationnels et techniques, de capacité.
- Mener des initiatives de développement des fournisseurs en matière de qualité, de coûts et de logistique pour le fournisseur, la technologie, le processus ou la catégorie choisis.
- Effectuer la validation de la documentation PPAP des fournisseurs et des audits de processus et de capacité pour les nouveaux fournisseurs, les nouvelles technologies de processus et les nouveaux types de composants développés.
- Organiser / faciliter les activités de co-conception entre les fournisseurs et l'ingénierie pour les nouveaux concepts de composants.
- Créer et maintenir des lignes directrices pour la conception des contraintes de processus.
- Participer aux SDR (Supplier Design Reviews) pour les nouveaux types de composants et les premiers composants des nouveaux fournisseurs.
- Gérer la base fournisseurs
- Développer et entretenir des relations de qualité avec les fournisseurs.
- Développer le panel des fournisseurs.
- Assurer la performance et la conformité commerciale des fournisseurs.
- Contribuer à des projets visant à optimiser les performances des fournisseurs
- Soutenir les usines de la BU et les régions en cas de problèmes avec les fournisseurs/escalades.
Profil recherché
- De formation supérieure technique.
- Expérience significative, et idéalement en achats directs et/ou dans le développement de fournisseurs, et/ou en qualité fournisseurs, idéalement acquise dans l'industrie de process/transformation et sur du produit fini..... Dans un milieu exigeant sur les délais, avec de grosses quantités.
- Expérience dans la gestion de fournisseurs complexes et techniques.
- Capacité à suivre et à piloter l'amélioration continue de la performance des fournisseurs (scorecards, business reviews, continuous improvement plans).
- Motivé pour apporter sa valeur ajoutée sur les méthodes et les pratiques, soutien à l'organisation pour faire de l'amélioration continue et sur le Re-sourcing de fournisseurs.
- Anglais courant.
