Poste : LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement et intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche pour son client entreprise référente sur le marché des capteurs industriels, un Global Pricing Leader H/F :
Principales responsabilités :
- Développer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de prix qui
améliorent la rentabilité pour plusieurs pays dans lesquels l'entreprise
commercialisent ses produits
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente,
d'offre et de gestion des produits pour suivre de près les mouvements des coûts
- Analyser les demandes de changement de prix de l'équipe de vente
en évaluant l'impact sur la marge, le volume incrémental potentiel et les
niveaux de prix des concurrents
- Suivre les tendances du marché et se tenir au courant des prix
fixés par les concurrents
Activités principales :
- Diriger le déploiement mondial de l'excellence en matière de
tarification
- Rendre compte des performances en matière de prix
- Diriger la révision du cadre de tarification
- Stimuler les performances en matière de tarification
- Garantir les compétences en matière de tarification
- Diriger le processus de fixation des prix
- Fournir une expertise et un coaching en matière de
tarification
- Gérer la communication sur les prix
- Déployer les outils et tableaux de bord
Profil : Profil recherché :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+5 en Finance ou en Business
- Vous avez une expérience préalable dans une fonction similaire, y compris une solide exposition à la gestion des processus de tarification, à la mise en oeuvre d'initiatives en matière de tarification et à la création d'une documentation sur les processus de tarification, dans un contexte multi-pays
- Vous possédez une solide compréhension des stratégies et des concepts de tarification
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de négociation et de gestion des parties prenantes
- Vous avez de solides compétences analytiques, êtes à l'aise avec les données numériques et avez un grand souci du détail
- Connaissance de SAP appréciée / connaissance des données de base
- Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable
