This position is focused on developing the Finance sector at Quantis by selling and delivering transformation projects for financial players, supporting clients on their sustainability journey. Based in Paris, you will report to the Global Leader & Managing Director. Your responsibilities include:

  • Build and develop Quantis' Sustainable Finance sector agenda, starting in France and expanding to other branches
  • Develop and nurture client relationships at the C-Suite level
  • Manage and grow key clients and acquire new ones
  • Be a member of the Quantis leadership team

As a Global Sector Lead, your responsibilities include:

Sector lead responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision for the Finance sector
  • Define strategies and sales objectives with Managing Directors
  • Manage the sector sales pipeline
  • Develop key client plans
  • Network within BCG

Client relationship and business development responsibilities

  • Address sustainability opportunities with clients
  • Create opportunities for collaborative projects with BCG
  • Support clients in transformation
  • Lead new transformative proposals

Client consulting sustainability strategy responsibilities

  • Ensure pricing and project quality for clients
  • Advise project teams
  • Accountability for project deliverables
  • Develop client transformation strategies
  • Support project delivery
