Quelles sont les missions ?
Votre responsabilité principale est de définir et de mettre en oeuvre la stratégie commerciale avec les régions afin d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance et les ambitions de performance.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Solution Design, vos missions sont de :
- Soutenir les régions dans la gestion des appels d'offres des clients dans le cadre d'appels d'offres multirégionaux et de grande envergure,
- Réviser les appels d'offres émises par les régions,
- Fournir une expertise en matière de solutions et de cotation aux régions,
- Animer une équipe d'Ingénieurs.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Diplômé d'une formation supérieure Bac+4/+5, vous avez au moins 10 années d'expérience significative sur un poste similaire en Logistique.
Une expérience dans la conception de solutions logistiques et une appétence pour l'innovation (automatisation / mécanisation) seront appréciées.
Votre rôle de consultant et d'expert nécessite que vous soyez un bon communicant :
- Avec la communauté de l'ingénierie logistique
- Avec les clients, en soutien des comptes mondiaux
Compétences requises pour le poste :
- Compétences analytiques et d'observation
- Rigoureux, curieux, proactif
- Force de proposition et de conviction
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Orienté coût et retour sur investissement
- Connaissance des activités logistiques
- Connaissance des outils de gestion d'entrepôt (WMS) très appréciée
La pratique de l'anglais courant est obligatoire.
Le poste est basé en France.
Des déplacements en France et en Europe sont à prévoir.
