About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Manager to join our Integrated Solutions team in South West Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating value propositions for complex integrated solutions for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive commercial response documentation to support sales and project management of solution pursuits.
  2. Build and manage global, cross-functional, and multi-regional pursuit teams to drive commercial and financial results.
  3. Structure customer requirements, capture the statement of work, and facilitate pursuit-related knowledge sharing within the pursuit team.
  4. Capture and manage scope, write proposals, and ensure efficiency by effective re-use of previously developed solutions.
  5. Work closely with solution sales to understand customer requirements, value concepts, scope, and terms.
  6. Manage stakeholders, prepare progress and stakeholder reports, and coordinate with design teams and functions.
  7. Prepare financial projections, attractiveness assessments, and negotiation scenarios.
  8. Coordinate across regions and functions for solution pursuits and remain informed about industry best practices.
Requirements
  1. At least 12 years of professional experience in management consultancy (Supply Chain and/or Logistics) or a previous customer solution design role in logistics.
  2. Retail/FMCG or Automotive experience.
  3. Commercial experience.
  4. Bachelor's and Post-graduate degree in business or Supply Chain/Logistics.
  5. Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  6. Data-driven, analytical, and action-oriented mindset.
  7. Ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
  8. Fluent in English and French (written & spoken), with Spanish as a plus.
