**What will be your role?**

Au sein de cette division, vous aurez pour principales missions:

- d'assurer l'instruction des projets : évaluation/modélisation financière des institutions financières, start-up ou des fonds VC et du triptyque rendement-risque-impact des opérations, rédaction des notes d'investissement et présentation aux instances, négociation des conditions financières et juridiques, contractualisation des opérations et réalisation des premiers décaissements ;
- le suivi d'un portefeuille de fonds d'investissements (supervision de l'activité des gestionnaires) et d'investissements directs (traitement des waivers), notamment en veillant à la bonne performance des investissements, en réalisant leur cotation (en risque) et leur valorisation selon les méthodes en vigueur (exercice biannuel de valorisation & suivi trimestriel des participations en watchlist) ;
- la représentation de Proparco aux instances de gouvernance des participations en portefeuille ;
- le suivi, l'analyse et la mise en œuvre des opportunités de cession des participations.

Vous participerez également à la prospection commerciale dans nos pays d'intervention et représentez Proparco aux événements institutionnels spécialisés sur les thématiques d'investissement de la division.

Enfin, vous participez à la réflexion stratégique sectorielle, à la capitalisation interne (production d'outils d'analyse, critères d'investissement), et à la formation des équipes.

**What team are you joining?**
Au sein de PROPARCO, le Département Investissements (INV) est en charge de l'exécution et du pilotage de l'activité d'investissement en haut de bilan (private equity). Le Département gère un portefeuille d'environ 1,3Mds€ réparti entre une activité de prise de participations indirectes (fonds d'investissement) et directes (au capital d'entreprises, sociétés financières ou sociétés projets). Rattachée au département, la division Institutions financières et innovation (IAB) est en charge des types d'interventions suivants : - Prises de participations directes dans des start-ups innovantes en Afrique (cleantech, fintech, healthtech ) à des stades de développement précoces et dans des fonds de Venture Capital à fort impact - Prises de participations directes au capital d'institutions financières (banques, assurance, leasing ) ou de fonds spécialisés sur le secteur des services financiers et de l'inclusion financière La division est composée de 7 chargé.e.s d'affaires de différents niveaux de séniorité.
