Au sein de la Direction Produit, rattaché(e) au CPO, tu définiras et assurera la mise en œuvre de la stratégie design produit, en veillant à ce que les produits et services offerts aux clients soient innovants, intuitifs et centrés sur l'utilisateur.
Tu accompagneras et contribueras au développement des compétences des équipes Design.
Tes missions principales seront de :
- Élaborer et exécuter une vision et une stratégie de design alignées avec les objectifs de BforBank. Piloter la mise en place des processus de design efficaces pour garantir la qualité et lefficacité des parcours utilisateurs.
- Recruter, fidéliser et accompagner au quotidien, une équipe de designers incluant des Lead Designers ainsi quune équipe incluant des experts en UX Research, product, Design system, UX writer, Design Ops et Visual Design.
- Piloter léquipe Visual Design avec le lead Visual design afin de définir une stratégie garantissant la cohérence de l'expérience visuelle et sonore ainsi que l'identité visuelle sur les produit digitaux (app, web) et leur représentation (store, pub, etc)
- Piloter l'équipe UX Research avec le lead UXR pour collecter des insights sur les produits pertinents, effectuer des tests utilisateurs et intégrer les résultats dans le processus de design.
- Superviser la conception de parcours utilisateurs simples et sécurisés, offrant des services financiers attractifs. Garantir l'intégration de méthodologies innovantes et d'outils de design avancés.
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes produits, marketing (brand design et CRM), et Tech pour assurer une cohérence et une harmonisation des réalisations design. Tu auras un rôle transversal avec une vision 360 de lenvironnement design en cohérence avec la marque.
- Piloter lanalyse de la performance des designs produits et expérience utilisateurs dans un objectif damélioration continue. Utiliser les retours des utilisateurs pour affiner les parcours et les interfaces.
- Assurer la bonne gestion de la roadmap produit (product discovery, priorisation, suivi du développement, mesure de limpact etc.)
