Global Competitive Intelligence Expert M/w

Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager for Palatability, you will have the following responsibilities:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Lead and execute the competitive intelligence program, in line with the global Competitive & Market Intelligence (CMI) strategy. Contribute to build the CMI roadmap on customers and competitors, according to business needs and regional plans.
- Manage endtoend projects (from data capture to deliverables) to develop competitors and customers understanding (i.e. product portfolio, strategy, capabilities...) and support business decisions.
- Build effective collaboration with other functions (marketing, sales, R&D, procurement, BI, finance), to support regional initiatives and share insights internally.
- Monitor competitive intelligence tools and share actionable analysis about competitors and pet food manufacturers. Optimize the existing and design new tools and analysis to increase market knowledge.
- Maximize ERP environment to develop, within the CRM tool, an efficient process for data capture about customers and competitors.
- Embark teams at global and regional levels (marketing, sales, R&D) to ensure regular data update, maximize data quality and processes. Build and share best practices for data collection, monitoring and consolidation.
COORDINATION AND SUPPORT
- Ensure international team support and training (marketing, sales, R&D) to internal and external market intelligence tools.
- Animate regular reviews with regional marketing representatives, to consolidate actions, share global perspectives, improve efficiency and knowledge about customers and competitors (tools, deliverables, regional initiatives...).
