Vos missions
**Rattaché au directeur de l'agence, ton rôle sera de**:
- De développer et gérer un portefeuille de clients et prospects (grands comptes et middle market) dans divers secteurs d'activité
- De proposer des solutions sur-mesure à nos clients en s'appuyant sur nos offres (UX/UI, DevOps, Conseil, Testing et Green IT)
- De piloter et optimiser ton centre de profits
- De coacher et accompagner des consultants en informatique en agence ou en prestation
- De participer au recrutement des consultants en lien étroit avec l'équipe Ressources humaines
**Mais un Business Manager chez Créative, c'est aussi**:
- Adhérer et respecter les valeurs de CREATIVE (exigence et bienveillance)
- Assurer le développement de la marque employeur (réseautage, salon, conférences, associations)
- Donner son avis pour pouvoir faire évoluer l'agence (amélioration continue des process, évènements à mettre en place, etc.)
- Participer à la vie quotidienne de l'agence
Vos compétences
Nous recherchons une personne avant tout proche du terrain et des collaborateurs et qui n'a pas peur de la prospection A l'aise et autonome sur le développement commercial et le management, tu as une première expérience commerciale dans un domaine technique où tu as su créer de la proximité avec tes clients. Une expérience dans le domaine de l'IT serait un plus.
**Enfin, le process de recrutement**: un premier échange téléphonique Carolane, la responsable du recrutement puis une rencontre avec Anil, le directeur d'agence.
