...** l'accompagnement opérationnel des ouvertures de nos nouveaux campus** - autour de 50% de ton temps
Tu participeras à la recherche de locaux pour les nouveaux campus, au recrutement des formateurs pour animer les premiers cours, au développement des partenariats avec des entreprises du secteur de la rénovation énergétique. Tu auras aussi un rôle d'accompagnement des équipes des futurs campus dans les débuts de leur activité (organisation des premiers cours, accompagnement des élèves des premières promos, etc.)
**... du développement d'outils et de process facilitant le lancement des nouveaux campus et accompagnant la structuration des campus existants** - autour de 50% de ton temps
(mise en place de process harmonisé entre tous les campus, gestion de la donnée, documentation, simplification et automatisation des process existants sur la gestion opérationnelle et le lancement de nouveaux campus / parcours de formation)
**Conditions**:
- Stage de 5-6 mois ou alternance de 12 mois, à partir de septembre/octobre 2024
- Tu travailleras principalement dans les bureaux de notre siège dans le 12e arrondissement de Paris, avec des déplacements réguliers sur notre campus à Nanterre. Selon ton autonomie et tes besoins tu pourras faire jusqu'à 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.
- Rémunération pour un stage : en fonction de ton niveau d'études : 1000€/mois pour un stage de césure, 1200€ pour un stage de fin d'études.
- Rémunération pour une alternance : correspondant à une 3ème année de formation, en fonction de ton âge : 1400€ - 1800€ brut par mois

- tu es organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), tu sais gérer plusieurs sujets à la fois et tu as un bon esprit analytique.
- tu es force de proposition, autonome, désireux d'apprendre et d'innover, efficace et toujours dans la recherche d'améliorations.
- tu as un bon relationnel et tu es à l'aise en public pour interagir avec nos élèves, formateurs et entreprises partenaires.
- tu es passionné(e) par ce qu'on fait à La Solive : tu as un fort attrait pour et/ou des connaissances des secteurs de la formation ou de la rénovation énergétique.
