Le Pôle Systèmes de Propulsion développe des solutions de propulsion innovantes visant à réduire la consommation de carburant, les émissions de CO2 et les polluants, sans compromis sur le plaisir et les performances de conduite. Ses innovations couvrent une gamme complète de produits, de loptimisation des moteurs à combustion jusquà lélectrification plus ou moins poussée des véhicules, du Stop-Start au véhicule électrique.
Au sein de notre site de production de Sablé Sur Sarthe , nous recherchons un
Superviseur de Production H/F en en SD avec une flexibilité tout horaire.
Le but est d'être en formation 6 mois en 2*8 puis basculement en autonomie sur du SD.
Vos challenges ?
- Management d'équipe
Etre rresponsable de lintégration de tous les nouveaux arrivants de son équipe, assurer lorganisation et la planification des actions de développement de compétences,
Analyser la flexibilité et la polyvalence de sa ZAP, et définir des plans de développement de compétences pour développer lautonomie de léquipe et lesprit dexcellence,
Superviser le processus dhabilitation pour chaque opérateur et maintenir à jour la matrice de polyvalence,
Gérer quotidiennement : les règles de sécurité, labsentéisme, les congés, lanalyse de risques présentant lenvironnement et les tableaux de performance.
Etre responsable de limplication de son équipe, et assure un climat social positif,
- Maintenir les standards
Assurer le respect de tous les standards (sécurité, fiches dinstruction, qualité, 5S, respect du produit, OK démarrage) pendant les activités, et proposer des améliorations,
Définir les standards de travail avec laide des fonctions support et des opérateurs,
Garantir que tous les affichages des KPI dans son périmètre sont à jour
- Manager la production
Optimiser ses effectifs et lorganisation de sa ZAP, selon le PDP,
Assurer la production, en respectant les cibles SQCDM et les objectifs de stock,
Faire le point avec léquipe logistique quotidiennement sur les priorités de production.,
- Contribuer à lamélioration continue
Mener des actions pour augmenter la performance SQCDM,
Maintenir une dynamique en termes de Propositions damélioration (PA),
Participer à la réduction des risques sécurité et environnement,
Contribuer aux démarrages de nouveaux équipements, et process
Parlons de vous
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent
- Vous avez réalisé une première expérience en milieu industriel, idéalement dans le secteur automobile
- Vous avez une expérience en management d'équipe
- Vous êtes une personne de terrain rigoureuse, organisée ayant une bonne capacité d'écoute et de dialogue
