Formé et encadré par le Growth Marketing Manager, et au contact direct du CEO sur certaines missions, nous avons besoin de toi pour développer la stratégie d'acquisition B2B de Makko et plus globalement participer à l'émergence de notre marque auprès de nos cibles.
Nos clients sont des entreprises dynamiques et engagées comme leboncoin, Dailymotion, Hermès, Morning, Reezocar, etc.
Voici les missions que tu auras à traiter au quotidien :- Collaborer main dans la main et en bonne intelligence avec les équipes commerciales sur le développement des différentes marques makko
- Gérer des campagnes outbound multicanales : l'objectif est que tu deviennes le plus autonome possible sur ce type de campagne.
- Apprendre à automatiser certains process via des outils no-code
- Suivre les performances via notre CRM Hubspot et réfléchir sur la stratégie de nurturing à mettre en place en fonction de différents critères.
- Assurer une amélioration continue de nos différents outils et workflows : tu seras libre de tester constamment de nouveaux leviers de croissance.
- Aider au développement des leviers de transformation, fidélisation et upsell de nos clients plateforme

- Étudiant(e) en Master dans une école de commerce avec une spécialisation web/digital, ou école spécialisée dans le webmarketing.
- Tu as déjà eu une première expérience de 6 mois ou plus sur des sujets marketing/sales
- Tu souhaites apprendre et te perfectionner au quotidien sur les sujets liés growth marketing B2B.
- Tu es autonome et tu allies organisation et planification, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Force de propositions, tu n'hésites pas à aller plus loin dans tes réflexions et à trouver de nouvelles opportunités.
- Tu es doté(e) d'une bonne expression en français à l'oral comme à l'écrit;
- Tu as un intérêt particulier pour l'univers du bureau d'entreprise, la QVT et le bien-être des salariés au travail.
- Un premier échange avec Paul, Marketing & Growth Manager, qui sera ton responsable
- Un rapide cas pratique à faire depuis chez toi afin d'évaluer tes compétences et pour savoir si les missions et le projet te font vibrer autant que nous
