Une offre intitulée « Production Airworthiness Manager (H/F) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de **Airbus Helicopters** sur son site de Marignane.

Vous intégrerez le département Industrie Compliance et performance
- L'environnement de production évolue pour plusieurs raisons:

- Complexité croissante du processus de navigabilité.
- Déploiement des projets de transformation de l'entreprise (digitalisation).
- Politique industrielle, spécialisation des sites
- Stratégie d'exploitation avec développement des sites

L'organisation des opérations a donc décidé de gérer différemment la navigabilité avec ce nouveau poste.

**Votre rôle est le suivant**:

- Gestion du confinement/protection du client : gérer l'action de bout en bout lorsque des situations complexes ayant un impact sur les produits et les entités opérationnelles de la PO entraînent un risque de navigabilité. Ce rôle comprend l'élaboration et la mise en ?uvre de CN/confinement d'incidents complexes.
- Gestion des processus : mettre en place une gestion unique des données de navigabilité au sein de l'OP et toutes les actions nécessaires pour améliorer et maintenir un niveau élevé de sécurité des produits, assurer un point focal/une voix au sein de l'OP et à l'extérieur avec d'autres organisations DO et MO, y compris les autorités si nécessaire.

Vous disposerez d'une équipe dédiée et vous serez soutenu par un réseau.
Le poste est en deux étapes:
1. phase de projet pour passer de la configuration actuelle à la nouvelle configuration
2. phase d'exécution pour gérer et assurer la navigabilité en production.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
Vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes:
Définir les conditions permettant d'établir une relation à long terme entre l'entreprise et les institutions gouvernementales chargées de la sécurité aérienne dans les régions.

Identifier les problèmes de sécurité concernant l'environnement régional, et développer et promouvoir des programmes de sécurité au niveau régional.

Promouvoir l'image de l'entreprise en termes d'initiatives de sécurité.

Fournir un soutien pour les activités de l'entreprise liées à la réponse aux enquêtes de l'Annexe 13 dans les régions.

Agir en tant que représentant de l'entreprise dans les régions pour toutes les affaires de sécurité avec les autorités gouvernementales, les compagnies aériennes et l'académie de l'aviation.

**Profil recherché**:
**Compétences & Prérequis**:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 école d'ingénieur (ou une discipline équivalente)** e**t avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience acquise au sein d'une compagnie aérienne ou autorité aéronautique.

The Production environment is evolving:

- Increasing complexity of airworthiness process
- Company transformation projects deployment (digitalization).
- Industry policy, site specialization
- Operation strategy with Site development

Operation organization decided to manage differently the airworthiness with this new position. His role is:

- **Containment Management/Customer protection**:to manage end to end action when complex situation impacting PO products and operational entities lead to Airworthiness risk. This role include complex NCs/Incident containment framing and implementation
- **Process Management**: to install a ?'One way?' of Airworthiness data management within PO and all actions needed to improve and maintain a high level of product Safety, to ensure one focal point/voice within PO and externally with other DO and MO organization including authorities when needed

He will have a dedicated team and will be supported by a network.

The position is in two steps:
1. project phase to move from the current setup to the new one

2. running phase to manage and ensure airworthiness in Production
