Reporting directly to Two notes' Senior Graphic Design personnel and Two notes Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer fulfils a pivotal role within Two notes' marketing team, supporting all B2B and B2C campaign strategies with front-end web graphics, social content, and product/lifestyle photography. Working in tandem with Two notes' Brand Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will ensure utmost consistency across all owned
- and 3rd party-touchpoints, generating a full-mix of assets in conjunction with the wider marketing team.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects in line with pre-designated deadlines, ensuring drafting and final deliverables are actioned within specified due dates
- Conceptualize and produce visuals based on requirements
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Ensure all content produced conforms to Two notes' Brand Guidelines
- Ensure all content is sufficiently tested across various media and touchpoints
- Respond positively to feedback, adjusting any and all content in a timely manner

- **Barthe **[Educational Classroom Technology]Sous la responsabilité du Graphiste Senior et du Directeur Marketing de Two notes, le Graphiste Junior produira la communication visuelle pour le web et les réseaux sociaux, ainsi que les mises en situation de la gamme de produits Two notes, nécessaires pour le déploiement des campagnes B2C et B2B de l'équipe marketing. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le Brand Marketing Manager de Two notes, le Graphiste Junior assurera le maintien de l'identité du contenu déployé par Two notes, ainsi que ses partenaires, sous la coordination de l'ensemble de l'équipe marketing.

**Missions**
- Étudier les briefs et déterminer les besoins visuels pour assurer le succès des campagnes marketing sur les supports ciblés
- Planifier et mener à terme les demandes visuelles dans les temps impartis, en respectant les phases de validation et finalisation
- Conceptualiser et produire des éléments visuels et templates en fonction de cahiers des charges
- Collaborer avec des prestataires externes (photographes, illustrateurs, imprimeurs )
- Concevoir illustrations, logos et autres visuels par ordinateur et à main levée
- Faire respecter la charte graphique auprès des partenaires de Two notes
- S'assurer que le contenu visuel soit pleinement optimisé pour l'affichage ou l'impression sur les différents supports demandés
- Itérer sur les supports de campagne existants en tenant compte des retours de l'équipe marketing
- Effectuer une veille sur les dernières tendances, technologies et méthodes employées en graphisme
