**Responsibilities**:
- **Réaliser les essais prévus sur des produits en série et en développement en interne (principalement tests mécaniques, chimiques, ballistiques), adapter les méthodes d'essais, reporter les anomalies qualité observées et les expliquer**:
- **Organiser la sous traitance des essais en challengeant les differents laboratoires externes selon les besoins (couts/qualité/délais)**:
- **contribuer à la stratégie d'investissmeent. Rechercher, évaluer et proposer des solutions pour maintenir et adapter les moyens du laboratoire ( établir un cahier des charges, consulter des fournisseurs, suivre la réalisation des moyens jusqu' à leur mise en place en interne, suivre un budget )**:
- **participer aux actions d'améliorations continue au sein du service R&D et capitaliser sur ses activitiés et son savoir-faire**
Qualifications:
- **Formation: BTS, DUT ou BAC +2 dans une spécialisation technique avec connaissances en techniques de laboratoire, mesures physiques, matériel scientifique**:
- **expérience de 5 ans dans un laboratoire de preference dans une industrie mécanique, en plasturgie**:
- **connaissances des outils de la qualité (5 why, PCDA, AMDEC)**:
- **maitrise de l'Anglais
