JOB PURPOSE
- To manage and to motivate the sales team in achieving the sales target, ensuring the team deliver the Brand's selling ceremony, being present on the sales floor, managing the activities of the store.
RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS
- Drives the sales team to achieve the store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensures that the sales teams set objective are achieved by ensuring they are inspired and motivated.
- Be constantly uptodate on market trend and share knowledge with sales team.
CUSTOMER
- Proactively deliver the Brand's selling ceremony, maximising sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
- Build a Clientcentric mindset by developing and maintaining solid Client relationships.
- Ensure the team maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
TEAM
- Train and inspire the sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services and company procedures.
- Identify hıgh potentıal collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing and development of morning briefings.
RETAIL
- Guarantee an indepth product knowledge wıthın the department, working wıth the relevant functions to support product/ collection training needs.
- Provıde feedback and focused suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Guarantee the vısual presentatıon of the shopfloor.
- Ensure effectıve and effıcıent backofhouse organization for the store and is responsible for the protectıon of the company's assets as well as the staff grooming standards to be ensured.
