Job Summary

We are seeking a volunteer project manager with expertise in building and construction to join our Property Management team.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and motivated team, responsible for managing projects from preparation to realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct project preparation, including feasibility studies, financial planning, and legal compliance.
  • Work with architects and technical consultants to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
  • Pilot projects from preparation to realization, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure project quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, building, and construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building and construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites in Paris.
