Costing and Project Management Product Line Leader

**Alternance : Costing and project management Product Line Leader (H/F)**

GE Hydro France propose une alternance d'un an avec deux missions liées à la préparation d'offre et à l'exécution de projets au sein du service client de GE Hydro:

- Mission principale : suivi du déploiement d'un portail client (page web) dans toutes les régions du monde de GE Hydro et sa mise à jour éventuelle. Conduite du changement du management, afin d'obtenir une adoption globale et stable du portail par les équipes internes de GE. Définir et piloter la transition vers l'ouverture du portail aux clients externes à l'entreprise.
- En parallèle : Participation à la préparation des offres et à l'exécution des contrats des contrats de service en assistance aux Project Manager en tant que PM junior.

**Missions et responsabilités**:

- Suivi de l'utilisation du portail client interne et mises à jour/développements éventuels
- Participation à la conduite du changement pour une adoption globale et stable du portail en interne
- Formation des utilisateurs
- Rédaction de spécification en vue de l'adaptation de l'outil par les équipes IT durant les phases d'apprentissage par l'équipe
- Rédaction/Suivi de la spécification en vue d'une utilisation client externe
- Test et implémentation du portail
- Support à la ligne de produit services dans les activités quotidiennes : réalisation de chiffrage, planning, exécution de projets Transactionnels.

**Profil recherché**:
Ingénieur généraliste (connaissance en électromécanique et hydraulique) diplômé et en recherche d'une année d'apprentissage en école de commerce ou management.
- Bon relationnel, gout pour le travail en équipe, leadership
- Rigueur, dynamisme
- Très bon communicant Français / Anglais, un autre langue est un plus.
- Ecoute et curiosité
- Autonomie
- Capacité d'anticipation et prise de recul

**Durée** : 12 à 15 mois
