Le IT Operation Manager développe, gère et supervise l'infrastructure et les composants opérationnels sur les sites et entre les sites.

Participer, guider et/ou coordonner les projets informatiques pour intégrer les solutions informatiques au niveau du site(s).
Surveiller l'infrastructure technique existante et proposer des améliorations ou des changements nécessaires le cas échéant.
Promouvoir la standardisation de l'infrastructure informatique sur la base des directives mondiales.
Compétences techniques, étendue de la gestion,
Possède des compétences relationnelles et organisationnelles avec la capacité de créer de bonnes relations avec l'entreprise et au sein de l'informatique.
Connaissance de base des concepts ITIL et Lean.
Optimiser l'utilisation des outils fournis par l'informatique pour les utilisateurs finaux.
Participer aux projets Informatiques France.
Etre capable d'interagir avec différents interlocuteurs basés à l'international.
Travailler en Anglais et Français.
Profil confirmé à senior de 6 à 10 ans et plus.
