Role Overview:
As our IT Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for all IT operations, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our business processes and driving efficiency through automation across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure, Device, and MDM Management:
- Continuously enhance Mobile Device Management (MDM) utilizing Jamf.
- Develop and implement data backup strategies while coordinating disaster recovery operations.
- Administer and maintain computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware and software configurations.
- Plan and execute network security measures to safeguard data and systems.
- Design, configure, and test computer hardware and networking software.
2. Software and Application Administration:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for all IT-related inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
3. Software Security:
- Conduct regular software security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and maintain the integrity of company data and systems.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Technical expertise in Network (VPN, VLAN, Unifi solutions) and Hardware Management systems (Jamf) is required.
- Previous experience in IT domains such as networks and system administration is advantageous.
