**Airbus Helicopters **recherche un **Customer Logistic Manager **(f/h) **pour rejoindre notre département Materiel Support & Logistic **basé à **Marignane, **site de Les Florides **.**

Vous intégrerez le département « Materiel Support & Logistic », au sein de l'équipe Privilege en charge de la performance logistique pour nos Centres de Maintenance et Distributeurs agréés Airbus Helicopters, mais également nos clients européens privés ou parpublic. Le segment Privilege couvre toute la gamme Airbus Helicopters civile et mais également certains hélicoptères gouvernementaux.

Le « Customer Logistic Manager (h/f) » est le point focal unique de nos clients pour les questions logistiques. Vous serez la voix du client en interne

**Vos challenges**:

- Contribuer à la satisfaction client au travers de suivi de logistiques KPI (OTR/OTD, Réclamations Clients, Commandes en retard)
- Contribuer aux performances logistiques des activités de livraisons de pièce neuves (spares), pièces réparées (repair) et contrats de support à l'heure de vol auprès des opérateurs.
- Gérer les contrats de support de pièces des clients.
- Contribuer à la satisfaction client et à la génération de revenus.
- Soutenir les initiatives de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et mener des plans d'action transversaux visant à améliorer le niveau de service rendu aux clients.
- Représenter Airbus Helicopters lors des conférences et réunions avec les clients.

**Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir et de ce fait vous devrez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence**

**Votre profil**:

- Expérience en logistique ou achat et compréhension des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Connaissances hélicoptères et compétences techniques souhaitées
- Compréhension et exécution des contrats, avec toutes les contraintes.
- Maîtrise SAP (Approvisionnement, Administration des Ventes, Logistique) & Pack Office / GSuite
- Capacité à fédérer et à évoluer en équipe
- Forte orientation Service Client
- Bon niveau de communication et gestion des reportings

**Compétences linguistiques**:
**Anglais**: avancé

**Français**: Courant
