La Direction des Achats Groupe et la filière Achats d'Engie ont entrepris d'intégrer la _durabilité_ dans leurs pratiques, articulée autour de 3 piliers : l'impact sur le carbone/climat, l'impact sur la nature, l'impact humain. Elle recherche ainsi:
**un Accélerateur d'Achats Durables / Sustainable Procurement Accelerator**

La personne recherchée sera une personne expérimentée, pour assumer la fonction de **Sustainable Procurement Accelerator, **afin d'aider l'organisation à accélérer sa transformation, en pilotant une série de projets concrets, d'accompagnements de la filière et en suivant l'avancement des réalisations.

Cette fonction à forte interaction avec les entités achats est rattachée au Head of Procurement Sustainability.

Vous êtes chargé(e) de rendre effectives les évolutions des achats vers plus de durabilité
- en vous assurant de la prise en compte de nouvelles pratiques dans les processus,
- en accompagnant les acheteurs dans la réalisation de projets transformatifs concrets à court terme,
- en suivant régulièrement l'exécution des changements validés par le Head of Procurement Sustainability.

**Activités du poste**:

- Finaliser de manière effective l'écriture des processus de transformation des achats vers plus de durabilité (le _sustainability _continuum,_), en coopération avec les Group Process Owners de la DAG ,
- Appuyer l'organisation achats dans la réalisation des nouvelles manières de procéder vers plus de durabilité (intégration systématique des critères sustainability dans les qualifications et appels d'offres, revues régulières des progrès sustainability,),
- Piloter des projets opérationnels de transformation vers plus de sustainability à court terme,
- Définir et accompagner la mise en place des processus requis ainsi que des éléments de pilotage futurs ; en lien avec les directions concernées : documentation des actions à mener, planification et suivi des groupes de travail et ateliers liés.
- Se coordonner avec les différentes entités achats du Groupe, pour que chaque entité avance au même rythme pour mettre en place notre feuille de route

**Interactions**
- Majoritairement au sein de la filière achats (category management, entités achats sur le terrain, DAG central ), mais aussi avec « le métier » pour faciliter l'avancement des projets
- Le titulaire du poste devra être en mesure d'intervenir et convaincre au niveau de CPO ou de personnes de niveau équivalent le cas échéant
- Avec des fournisseurs dans le cadre des projets à faire avancer

**Profil professionnel recherché (formation, langues étrangères, compétences ou expériences professionnelles souhaitées )**:

- Diplômé(e) ingénieur ou Bac+5, vous disposez de** 10 à 15** **années d'expérience **en achats, idéalement en pilotage de projets transverses et internationaux et d'une bonne connaissance du Groupe et des enjeux métiers,
- Vous avez un très fort appétit pour les** **sujets environnementaux et** **sociétaux et avez développé un premier niveau de connaissance sur ce domaine ,
- Vous êtes à l'aise tant avec les processus, les outils de pilotage qu'avec les sujets extrêmement concrets et disposez pour cela d'un bon sens pratique,
- Vous disposez de qualités relationnelles avérées vous permettant d'embarquer vos contreparties,
- Vous aimez que les projets « délivrent » et que les problèmes soient résolus
- Vous avez un esprit de facilitateur et d'équipe.
- Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé
- Vous savez convaincre tout en ayant un fort sens de l'écoute. Vous ne perdez pas de vue le but final mais savez être flexible pour intégrer « les contraintes du terrain ».
- Proactif, vous savez travailler en autonomie tout en intégrant l'esprit général de la mission,
- Vous parlez français et anglais couramment. Une troisième langue serait un plus.
- Vous maitrisez le pack office et plus particulièrement Excel et Power BI.
