Dans le cadre de son développement, tant en France qu'à l'international, la société LABORATOIRE NUXE recherche pour un CDI, **un(e)**:
**International Human Ressources Business Partner (HRBP) H/F.**
Rattaché(e) au Chief Human Resources Officer, vous assurerez les missions suivantes:
- Accompagner les Business Unit Managers dans la gestion de leurs équipes ;
- Gérer le recrutement et les dossiers de mobilité internationale ;
- Assurer le reporting RH : suivi, analyse de Kpis et proposition de plans d'action associés ;
- Gestion de carrière:
- Participer aux People Review ;
- Participer à la création d'un processus d'accompagnement des hauts potentiels et de rétention des talents.
- Effectuer le contrôle des payroll et autres éléments de rémunération à l'international ;
- Coordonner et être garant du déploiement / bonne exécution de projets à l'international ;
- Développement RH:
- Préparer et déployer le plan de formation en coopération avec la responsable du développement RH groupe ;
- Être en support au déploiement du site de recrutement à l'international ;
- Contribuer à l'implémentation de projets transverses.
**Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous gérerez des populations basées au sein de nos filières étrangères et également notre BU International, basé en France.**
**Profil**:
Titulaire d'un Master en RH, vous disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans** la gestion de populations à l'international (**prérequis**). **La connaissance des métiers de notre secteur d'activité sera appréciée.
**La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable (B2+ minimum)**, une 3ème langue serait un plus.
Nous recherchons une personne autonome, proactive et appréciant la coopération.
Les missions liées à ce poste nécessitent d'être en interaction avec beaucoup de personnes et notamment avec des managers confirmés. Nous recherchons donc une personne étant reconnu(e) pour ses qualités relationnelles et qui saura être force de proposition.
