Pour accompagner son très fort développement, Neteven recherche un(e) stagiaire **International Customer Success Manager** H/F pour développer l'activité de comptes clés sur des partenaires marketplaces.

**Mission **:Développement ecommerce de marques Fashion

**Responsabilités**:
Mise en place de projets de distribution e-commerce en collaboration avec des marques de mode internationales:

- Lancement sur de nouvelles marketplaces,
- Mise en ligne des nouvelles collections,
- Optimisation des activités digitales,
- Suivi des opérations commerciales.

Gestion et fidélisation de votre portefeuille de clients:

- Analyse de la problématique client,
- Elaboration de recommandations,
- Suivi et analyse du reporting,
- Mise en place et réalisation de plan d'actions.

**Profil**
Vous êtes en formation Bac+5, vous recherchez un stage de fin d'études de 6 mois dans un environnement digital.

Vous utilisez les outils web et Excel avec une grande facilité.

Autonome et organisé(e), vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.

Bon communiquant(e), vous avez un excellent niveau rédactionnel et êtes à l'aise à l'oral.

Dynamique et réactif(ve), vous appréciez le travail en équipe.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. La maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne est souhaitée.
