Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Dashlane's products and services.
  • Work closely with the customer service and support teams to address technical product-related inquiries.
  • Engage in continuous learning alongside peers regarding the evolving landscape of digital security.
Work Environment

This position is based in Paris, with English as the primary working language. We offer a hybrid work model, including designated company collaboration days and opportunities for team bonding.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • Business-level fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • A tech-savvy disposition with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • The ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related IT/Security fields.
  • Familiarity with cloud and on-premise IT environments, enterprise web technologies, and directory services.
