Une **permission de travail de l'UE** pour DE / FR / BE est requis.
**Ce que nous faisons en product operations**:
La mission de l'équipe Product Operations est de soutenir les équipes produits (Product Managers, Product Designers...) dans la livraison de produits à forte valeur ajoutée:
- en permettant aux équipes produit de maximiser leur impact et de fonder leurs décisions sur des données probantes
- en favorisant l'excellence opérationnelle grâce à des processus et des outils de développement de produits de premier ordre
- en organisant des communications et des rituels sur les produits
- en développant le talent et l'engagement des équipes.
L'équipe de product operation est répartie dans trois pays différents (Allemagne, France, Belgique), ce qui nous permet de prendre le pouls de l'équipe et de comprendre où elle a besoin d'aide.
**Description du poste** La responsabilité et la mission en tant que director of product operational excellence**:
En tant que directeur, vous serez chargé de définir et de superviser l'exécution de la stratégie des opérations produit avec le directeur principal des opérations produit et technique. En outre, vous serez chargé de coordonner, d'encadrer et de soutenir votre équipe dans les domaines suivants:
- PRATIQUES ET COMMUNICATION_
S'approprier la création et l'amélioration continue des pratiques, des processus, des outils et des normes de documentation, en assurant l'efficacité et en aidant à maintenir leur pertinence et leur efficacité, en créant une base pour l'amélioration continue et l'agilité.
Faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes par le biais d'événements et de rituels dédiés (sur site/à distance), d'outils ou de toute autre activité en collaboration avec d'autres équipes.
Explorer des stratégies pour exposer nos plans, notre documentation, notre communication et nos démonstrations de la manière la plus efficace possible. Améliorer l'accessibilité et veiller à ce que les informations soient facilement assimilables et compréhensibles pour toutes les parties prenantes.
- STRATÉGIE ET PLANIFICATION_
Établir un processus de planification efficace, aligné sur l'organisation, garantissant une traduction transparente des objectifs de l'entreprise en une feuille de route tangible, favorisant la clarté et l'alignement au sein de toutes les équipes.
Améliorer notre approche du suivi des fonctionnalités et du traitement des demandes d'amélioration, en améliorant notre efficacité mais aussi en favorisant une meilleure collaboration et une plus grande transparence, ce qui se traduira par des cycles de développement de produits plus réussis.
Permettre aux gestionnaires de produits de disposer de données solides, tout en garantissant l'intégrité et l'organisation des données. Ce soutien permet de prendre de meilleures décisions concernant les produits, ce qui contribue au succès global de nos produits.
- OUTILS_
Explorer l'utilisation des outils disponibles pour les activités de roadmapping, de planification et de suivi des caractéristiques afin d'améliorer nos capacités, l'efficacité globale et la précision de nos processus de développement de produits.
- MÉTIER DE LA GESTION DES PRODUITS_
S'efforcer d'élever en permanence le niveau d'excellence de la gestion des produits.
Soutenir le programme d'intégration des produits (en collaboration avec l'équipe People).
- TÂCHES ADDITIONNELLES DE LEADERSHIP PRODUCT OPS_
Diriger la fonction "Product Operations" au quotidien et établir des relations solides avec les principales parties prenantes (y compris C-Level, tant au niveau central que régional, afin d'influencer leurs décisions et d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Agir en tant que point de contact central entre l'organisation des produits et les parties prenantes au niveau mondial.
Identifier et agir sur les modèles à l'échelle du système qui créent des défis opérationnels, puis hiérarchiser et orchestrer le travail nécessaire pour les résoudre.
**Qualifications** Vos compétences**:
- Manager avec plus de 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits, avec une exposition/expérience significative dans la planification de produits (stratégiques d'entreprise) et plus de 5 ans dans les opérations de produits ou une fonction similaire au sein d'une grande organisation internationale et diversifiée de produits et de technologies
- Compréhension approfondie des meilleures pratiques et des cadres de gestion des produits.
