**Responsabilités et missions**:
Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recherchons un(e) Customer Success Manager (H/F) en CDI afin de renforcer nos équipes.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients en assurant une communication claire et transparente tout au long du cycle de vie de la relation client
- Porter une assistance technique (notamment Navigateurs WEB, Excel ) à l'utilisation des produits et services
- Former les clients à l'utilisation des produits et services de l'entreprise, assister aux réunions et fournir des informations et des conseils pour aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs
- Savoir identifier et gérer les insatisfactions clients
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ventes, marketing, développement produit, etc.) pour garantir que les besoins des clients sont compris et pris en compte dans les décisions et actions de l'entreprise.

**Profil**:
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en Marketing/Relation clients, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellent relationnel et votre sens aigu de l'écoute.

A l'aise au téléphone vous savez faire preuve d'empathie mais également de répartie. Votre capacité à hiérarchiser les priorités, à identifier les problèmes vous permet de proposer des solutions adaptées.

Une forte sensibilité au marketing digital est indispensable.
