Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Kabeen, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that our services meet their business needs.Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand clients' business and IT objectives and ensure that our solutions meet them.
Provide clients with product demonstrations and training on our SaaS IT system mapping solution.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities within existing clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to address clients' issues and improve the product based on clients' feedback.
Monitor and report on the product's usage by clients, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the SaaS/IT field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
The ability to understand and present technical concepts to various audiences.
Experience working with a cross-functional team.
Basic knowledge of IT systems.
Proficiency in French and English.
