Votre missionNous recherchons un(e) Contract Manager dédié(e) à notre activité de Grands Travaux France.
Votre mission principale sera d'accompagner les Directeurs de projet lors de la passation et l'exécution de marchés afin de préserver les droits de l'entreprise et d'en optimiser les résultats.
Vos principales responsabilitésIntégré(e) aux équipes travaux, et sous la responsabilité du Directeur du pôle « contract Management », vous serez notamment amené(e) à :
Identifier les risques et opportunités des contrats, proposer et mettre en œuvre les mesures adaptées pour les traiter et améliorer la performance des projets ; Concevoir et rédiger des demandes de variation et mémoires de réclamation ; Accompagner les Directeurs de projets sur les problématiques et correspondances contractuelles : analyse et respect des obligations des parties prenantes, suivi de la cohérence entre la réalisation et les obligations contractuelles, etc. ; Formaliser et harmoniser les pratiques de gestion et d'administration des contrats ;Participer à la diffusion et au partage de la culture du contract management au sein de l'entreprise. Votre profilDiplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+5, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le contract management de projets du secteur du BTP.
Vous êtes doté(e) d'un esprit rigoureux et critique et avez des qualités de négociateur(trice). Vous êtes curieux(se) et aimez le travail en équipe.
Vous avez de solides connaissances dans la rédaction de mémoires de réclamation en marchés de travaux privés et publics français (CCAG Travaux).
Des déplacements en France métropolitaine sont à prévoir dans le cadre de l'exécution des missions.
Une maitrise de l'anglais tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral serait appréciée.
