Au sein du pôle commercial de la division "Orthographiq" (l'école du groupe spécialisée dans le perfectionnement en français), tu seras rattaché.e au Head of Sales et tu auras différentes missions, qui seront notamment:

- Qualifier les leads entrants (évaluer les projets de particulier vs alignement budget)
- Activer un réseau de prospects B2B à l'aide d'outils adaptés (CRM)
- On-boarder les nouveaux prospects dans leurs phases d'essai, les accompagner pour assurer la meilleure expérience possible et les fidéliser
- Pitcher la proposition de valeur OrthographIQ
- Négociation
- Closing des projets jusqu'à la signature (commission à chaque vente )
- Analyser des résultats et suivre des indicateurs de performances des campagnes (suivi des KPIs)
- Participer au pilotage de l'activité globale de l'entreprise
- Contact régulier avec l'équipe fondatrice

**Profil recherché**
- Si tu as déjà eu une expérience professionnelle dans la vente B2B ou/et dans la formation, c'est un plus
- Tu es pragmatique, organisé.e et capable de hiérarchiser les priorités
- Tu as un sens de l'écoute et un esprit d'analyse te permettant de comprendre ton interlocuteur et tu apprécies le contact téléphonique avec les clients
- Ta grande adaptabilité et ta volonté de dépasser tes limites sont tes principaux atouts et tu aimes travailler en équipe
- Tu es capable d'utiliser plusieurs outils en même temps et de hiérarchiser les problèmes.
- Le challenge ne te fait pas peur, au contraire, il t'excite

**Déroulement**

CV et LM (important : on veut s'assurer que tu lises bien notre offre - aussi, n'hésite pas à intégrer le mot "feu d'artifice" dans ta lettre de motivation)
- Entretiens à distance par visio (Le premier (téléphonique), de présentation avec Delphine notre chargée de recrutement. Le second, de personnalité avec notre manager Vincent et pour finir avec le CEO Honoré)
