**Description du poste**

Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance, nous recrutons un **Chief of Staff** pour accompagner notre CTO. Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales seront:
Soutien général à la direction:

- Élaborer des documents internes de présentation et de synthèse
- Mettre en place des outils et méthodes pour soutenir l'activité du CTO et du

VP des départments : être une force de proposition au sein de l'organisation
- Contribuer à la préparation des réunions internes et externes
- Soutenir le reporting du département R&D
- Suivre la contribution et la participation des équipes de R&D aux événements

(conférences et gestion de campus)
- Servir de point de contact pour l'équipe marketing

Stratégie:

- Soutenir la définition de la stratégie technologique
- Assurer le suivi de la feuille de route R&D au sein du département et agir en tant que

point de contact pour les autres équipes sur ce sujet
- Établir et maintenir des partenariats externes
- Assurer la programmation de subventions (possibilités de recherche, coordination des demandes en collaboration avec les équipes techniques, livraison et contribution de rapports techniques et administratifs)

**A propos de vous**

Vous disposez d'un diplôme d'ingénieur et avez idéalement déjà appréhendé le monde du quantique (optionnel). Vous disposez d'une première expérience professionnelle similaire, idéalement dans le conseil.

Vous êtes "solution-oriented" et disposez de solides compétences organisationnelles.

Vous possédez une bonne communication et êtes à l'aise d'échanger avec divers interlocuteurs/équipes.

Vous avez un intérêt prononcé pour la deep-tech et les nouvelles technologies

Vous avez un anglais courant à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Optionnel: vous disposez d'une expérience ou d'une formation dans le quantique

PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.

**Job description**

In the context of PASQAL's hypergrowth, we are recruiting** a Chief of Staff to the CTO.**

Your main missions will be:
General support to the management:

- Elaborate internal presentation and synthesis documents
- Set up tools & methods to support the activity of the CTO and the departments' VP: be a force of proposal in the organization
- Contribute to the preparation of key external and internal meetings
- Support the reporting of the R&D department
- Follow up on R&D teams' contribution and attendance to events (conferences and campus management)
- Act as point of contact for the marketing team

Strategy:

- Support on the definition of the technology strategy
- Establish and maintain external partnerships

**About you**

You own a engineering degree and have a 2-5 years of experience on a similar position, ideally in consulting.

You are solution-oriented and have organizational skills

You have good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.

You have keen interest in deep tech and new technologies

You have a fluent level in English and French (mandatory).

Optional: PhD in quantum tech or related field valuable
