Elle offrira des solutions minérales pour les industries du monde entier. Actuellement au service principalement des marchés du papier et du carton, la nouvelle entreprise utilisera son empreinte mondiale, ses actifs uniques et son savoir-faire de longue date pour développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et encourager l'innovation. Avec un CA annuel d'environ 350 millions d'Euros en 2023, cette activité emploiera environ 1000 employés.
Vos missions : * Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la supervision des activités de planification financière, de prévision et d'analyse de l'organisation, qui compte plus de 40 sites dans 15 pays dans le monde et un chiffre d'affaires de 450 millions d'Euros,* Vous superviserez la planification financière annuelle et les prévisions, en veillant à leur alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise. Vous présenterez des rapports financiers périodiques à la direction et aux parties prenantes, en analysant les performances et en identifiant les domaines d'amélioration,
* En partenariat avec les Responsables de Département, vous élaborerez des stratégies financières pour soutenir les objectifs opérationnels et identifierez les opportunités d'optimisation des coûts,
* Vous développerez et maintiendrez des modèles financiers pour évaluer les scénarios et atténuer les risques financiers potentiels,
* En tant que leader d'équipe, vous encouragerez une culture de performance, fixerez des objectifs et favoriserez le développement professionnel de votre équipe,
* Enfin, vous vous efforcerez d'améliorer continuellement les processus de planification financière et d'analyse, en mettant en oeuvre les meilleures pratiques et en optimisant les systèmes et outils disponibles. Le profil recherché
Une expérience d'au moins 10 ans en tant que Directeur FP&A ou dans un rôle similaire dans un environnement manufacturier avec une présence mondiale à plusieurs sites est requise,
* Une solide expérience dans la gestion et le développement d'une équipe financière est essentielle,
* Solide compréhension de la planification financière, de l'élaboration de budgets, des prévisions et de l'analyse, capacité de transmettre des concepts financiers complexes à des parties prenantes non financières,
* Expertise en informatique - maîtrise avancée des logiciels financiers et des systèmes ERP,
* Culture forte d'optimisation des coûts et de la trésorerie, axée sur les résultats.
