**Rôle & Mission**:
En tant que chargé(e) de clientèle B to B, votre rôle est crucial dans le développement de l'entreprise et la gestion des relations avec vos clients entreprises. Vous êtes chargé(e) de maintenir une relation étroite entre l'entreprise et ses clients, en veillant constamment à assurer leur satisfaction.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
- Assurer une communication efficace avec les clients B to B, comprendre leurs besoins, anticiper leurs attentes et établir des relations à long terme.
- Traiter les réclamations clients de manière efficace et professionnelle, en travaillant sur des solutions satisfaisantes.
- Assurer un suivi après la vente pour garantir la satisfaction du client et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente.
- Assurer l'accueil téléphonique des appels entrants.
- Gestion des réclamations clients.
- Traiter les commandes des clients.
**Profil recherché**:
Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation Bac +2 dans les domaines de la relation clientèle ou du commerce, et vous pouvez faire valoir une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire.
Doté(e) d'un sens du relationnel exceptionnel et d'un esprit analytique, vous appréciez les tâches administratives. Vous excellez aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, démontrant ainsi votre aisance dans la communication
